What Makes Vans Pines Different

At Vans Pines, we are motivated by our love for the community and the industry as a whole. To do our part, we make it a priority to donate trees to schools and conservation districts. We also strive to continue to invest our time and resources in developmental trials and research in order to push our industry forward and help others make informed decisions about the product.

Along with that, we make it a priority to invest in each of our employees through:

• Providing a plot for an employee garden each Spring/Summer
• Guaranteeing a $.25 raise annually up to the position maximum
• Covering any time-off related to COVID-19 absences
• Annually performing competitive wage reviews to adjust starting and maximum pay rates
• Offering turkeys and hams each Thanksgiving
• Hosting an annual Christmas party and with bonuses
• Providing language training through Rosetta Stone (Usually English/Spanish but are open to all languages)
