Yes. Vans Pines is registered as an official exporter to Canada. This allows us to clear the border quickly and provide you with the highest quality plants each time we import products to your location.
Yes. At Vans Pines Nursery, we don’t just grow your average tree. Instead, we make it our priority to grow genetically superior, high-quality trees and seedlings. We believe we grow the best seedlings money can buy.
High quality is always achieved when importing our products into Canada. We take multiple steps in ensuring this from the time we start growing the seedling to the time it’s ready to be shipped to Canada. To guarantee our quality, if your plant dies within the first growing season, we’d be happy to offer you a plant replacement credit for the future.
Yes. To import any of Vans Pines products into Canada, you are required to apply for and obtain an import permit. Import permits last 14 days and are required each time you import Vans Pines’ products into Canada. We will be happy to assist you in this process, call our toll free office number at 1-800-888-7337.
A Phytosanitary Certification is required, however, you as the buyer do not need to obtain this. Vans Pines takes care of and receives a Phytosanitary Certification on every product we import into Canada. This guarantees that our products have been inspected and meet the requirements for entering into Canada.
Yes. FedEx can fill the role of your broker or you can elect to provide your own broker if you have someone you work with regularly.
